The hotel is spacious and conveniently located on the first floor, offering a mix of comfort and outdated room décor. The service is a mix of helpfulness and defensive attitudes. The location offers a quiet retreat near the historical district but lacks accommodations for luggage. The dining experience is a mix of simplicity and a good selection of continental options. The facility is functional, but some inconsistencies in service stand out.

The hotel was very comfortable, and we even had a jacuzzi which was a delightful surprise. The location was perfect for exploring the city, though the walls were a bit thin. The room was quite spacious, not a shoebox, and exuded a Florentine charm with high ceilings, plaster details, and ample but muted lighting.
